The project

Deana, the owner, was looking to professionally redesign her existing Squarespace website to better reflect the elegance and professionalism of her business. The goal was to create a unique, elegant, professional, and detailed custom Squarespace website which was easy-to-navigate and attractive to visitors, investors, and property owners. The site needed to focus on showcasing all properties, their amenities, and provide direct links for online bookings. It was also crucial to highlight Deana's experience, process, and luxury management services.

The Squarespace website design process

Our collaboration began with a comprehensive questionnaire to understand Deana’s vision and requirements. We followed this with a strategy call to delve deeper into her business and discuss the website's direction.

To build a cohesive brand identity, I developed web branding that included a color palette and typography system that would resonate with her target audience and represent the sophistication of her business. Her website was on Squarespace 7.0 version so we took the redesign opportunity to redesign the website in 7.1. Using her professional property photography, I designed custom property pages that featured beautiful galleries and detailed information about each property. The design and development process took two weeks, focusing on creating a well organized and unique website ensuring a clear process for both tourists and homeowners..

Upon project completion, I provided Deana with a video tutorial and a PDF guide to help her easily edit and manage custom sections of the website independently.

The result is a refined, modern, and well-organized Squarespace website that effectively showcases the luxury properties managed by Keys to Kelowna. The new site features a distinctive brand identity that is professional, clean, luxurious, and unique.
