Our work together begins with an initial inquiry form. Once submitted, we’ll connect for a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your project, goals, and needs. This is also a perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure we’re a good fit.

Once our proposal is approved, you’ll receive your first invoice (50%), along with the contract to be digitally signed to confirm your project start date. Additionally, I’ll prepare your project portal which contains everything you need to start gathering the content for your site.

You’ll need to complete a detailed brand questionnaire and upload all your website content, including brand, text and images. Once this step is complete, we’ll schedule a preparation call to review everything together.
During our call, we’ll discuss the strategic and artistic direction for your website, as well as feedback on how to optimize your content. You’ll then have one week to make any amendments.

With detailed reference to our discussion and strategy notes, I’ll begin designing and developing your website. Once all revision(s) are approved, and your website has been tested, I’ll set up your domain and we’ll get your new website ready to launch.
