The project
Jessica Green contacted me to redesign her website to better reflect her brand personality and work. She wanted a platform that was easy to use, allowing her to regularly update her publications and media pages.
The website redesign process
One of the main goal was organizing content effectively. Given the extensive list of articles and media publications, it was crucial to design a layout that was user-friendly and prevented readers from feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, we needed to ensure that the website's navigation allowed readers to easily find articles of interest.
We began the redesign with a comprehensive web branding process to align the website with Jessica’s brand identity. This involved selecting color schemes, typography, and visual elements that represented her work and personality.
Following the web branding guidelines, I designed and developed a custom Squarespace website. The new design features intuitive navigation, making it easy for readers to find specific articles. The layout is clean and organized, presenting lengthy articles in a concise format.
The redesigned website now fully reflects Jessica's unique brand, expertise and offers a seamless, engaging user experience. It supports her need for frequent updates and helps readers navigate her content with ease.
